It also glows better if you do this....Empty out a same size bottle and leave 1/4 of the dew in it. Put the spoon in the baking soda so there is a little bit NOT a huge f'ing spoonful. Dump the little bit of baking soda in the bottle and then three capfuls of peroxide and shake.
