If a person spams on a popular video, he will get reported 100 times by separate people in about 15 minutes.He would then have to get a new account in order to keep spaming. That takes 5 minutes. If He had to sign up for a new mail each time, that adds 10 minutes to time spent in order to be able to spam. That would mean that half his time would go to preparing to spam instead of actually spaming. The TT kids are LAZY and wont do it.
